What’s the difference between Hopsulator models?
Hopsulator Slim fits 12oz slim cans—think hard seltzers and skinny beers. Hopsulator Trio fits 16oz cans, has a freezable adapter for 12oz cans, and converts into a leakproof tumbler. Hopsulator Duo fits 12oz standard cans and also converts into a tumbler. Bott’l is for glass bottles. Juggernaut handles 24/25oz cans. Pick based on what you drink most.
Are your tumblers really leakproof?
The Era and Resa lines are designed to be leakproof when the lid is properly secured. That means you can toss one in a bag and not worry about your laptop getting soaked. The lids lock into place and the seals are solid. People test this stuff in ways we didn’t anticipate. It holds up.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes. Drinkware has a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Coolers have a 5-year limited warranty. Cosmetic defects need to be reported within 60 days. The warranty covers replacement parts or a full replacement—it doesn’t cover refunds. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and lost parts aren’t covered.
Can I put carbonated drinks in these?
Yes, but with a heads-up. Carbonated beverages build pressure, especially at high altitudes or on planes. If you’re using a tumbler with a straw lid, unlock it slowly to release pressure before fully opening. A 50% ice-to-liquid ratio helps too.
How do I clean these?
Most lids and bodies are top-rack dishwasher safe. Hand-washing extends the life of the seals and finishes, but it’s not required. Don’t put anything in the microwave. Don’t use bleach or abrasive cleaners. If you’re not sure about a specific product, check the care instructions on the product page.
Do you offer replacement parts?
Yes. Lids, straws, handles, and other components are available individually. Replacing one part instead of the whole product keeps things out of landfills and saves you money. Check the replacement parts section of the site.
How long does shipping take?
Orders process in 3–5 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after that. Free standard shipping on US orders over $90. Expedited options are available at checkout.
What’s your return policy?
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds go to your original payment method or as store credit—your choice. Opened items, mystery boxes, and final clearance products are non-returnable. Start the return through the returns section of our site.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Contact us through the site with your name, order info, a description of the issue, and photos. We’ll review it and get back to you within about a week with a resolution. In some cases, we may ask you to send the product back for inspection. If we do, we’ll provide a prepaid label.
