Who can buy
You need to be at least 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian. If you’re ordering from outside the country, make sure you’re allowed to import this kind of product where you live. That part’s on you.
Product info
We try to describe everything accurately—materials, dimensions, care instructions. But manufacturers change things sometimes, and we can’t guarantee every detail is current. If you have specific questions about a product, reach out before ordering.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if something’s priced wrong or if we suspect fraud. Payment gets captured when your order ships, not when you place it. If we cancel an order, you get a full refund.
Warranty
Drinkware carries a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Coolers get a 5-year limited warranty. Cosmetic defects need to be reported within 60 days of purchase. The warranty covers replacement parts or a full replacement if necessary. It doesn’t cover refunds. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, lost parts, and misuse aren’t covered. Products bought from unauthorized resellers aren’t covered either.
To file a warranty claim, contact us through the site with your name, order info, a description of the issue, and photos. We’ll get back to you within about a week.
Intellectual property
All the content on this site—photos, text, logos, product designs—belongs to us or our partners. Don’t copy, repost, or use it without asking first.
Limitation of liability
We’re not responsible for indirect or accidental damages that come from using our site or products. Our total liability is capped at whatever you paid for your order. That’s the deal.
